One family, several heights
Grouping timber lanterns of related design at different heights can create a clear rhythm. Do not judge the arrangement only by the tallest piece: the gaps and the group’s overall width matter too. Place the objects together on a clear surface first so their combined outline can be assessed.
Let use determine the position
A lantern group placed in a route or across an entire working surface can interrupt daily use. Leave the surrounding area clear while composing the display. Choose the light source and operating conditions according to each product’s instructions, rather than assuming technical suitability from a decorative photograph.
Leaving room around the group
In a decoration selection considered with The Mia Kalkan, every corner need not have the same density. Beside Aslan Atelier timber surfaces, reducing nearby small objects can make the relationship between lantern heights clearer. Review the composition in daylight and under the lighting that will actually be used.
